the process
Dripping Springs is made from sweet Midwest corn in small, hand crafted batches in a proprietary copper still, designed to retain the distinctive character of the vodka prior to mixing with artesian spring water. Each batch is heated to temperature in a copper pot until steam rises into our unique web and mesh expansion chamber where the high proof, high density vodka is micro-distilled over 20 times prior to moving through the condensation and cooling chambers. Dripping Springs is micro-distilled for purity and macro-distilled only once for character.
Unlike other super-premium vodka we don't believe in complicated filtration systems. We remove impurities with Swedish activated carbon in a simple filtration system designed to retain the true character of the vodka produced through multiple micro-distillations.
