san luis punch

2 liters Dripping Springs Vodka
16 ounces Pomegranate Cherry Juice
32 ounces Limeade
24 ounces Pineapple Juice
24 ounces Orange Juice
1 tablespoon Peychaud Bitters


Mix all ingredients in a large punch bowl with a block of ice. Float orchids on top. Makes 40 servings.

1 ounce Dripping Springs Vodka

1 1/2 ounces Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

1 1/2 ounces Agave Nectar

1 ounce Sparkling Mineral Water

1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin


Pour Dripping Springs Vodka, lime juice, and agave nectar into shaker cup filled with ice. Shake until metal cup frosts. Pour sparkling water into shaker cup. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle cumin evenly over top of cocktail. Salud!

1/4 ounce Lillet Blanc

Honeysuckle Blossoms

Add ingredients to shaker cup of ice, stir until outside of cup frosts, strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with honeysuckle blossoms from your grandma's backyard.

3 Mint Leaves

3 ounces Lemonade

In bottom of shaker cup, muddle blueberries and mint. Add ice, Dripping Springs Vodka, and lemonade, shake to chill and blend. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with whole blueberries and mint leaf.

3 ounces Dripping Springs Vodka


Fill a glass shaker cup with ice. Add Dripping Springs Vodka. Imagine a drop of dry vermouth falling into the cup. Stir slowly until outside of shaker cup chills. Strain into chilled, not frozen, martini glass. Garnish with olives or a lemon twist.

1 Perfectly Ripe Texas Peach

1 1/2 ounces Dripping Springs Vodka

1 ounce Lemon Juice

1 1/2 ounces Rosemary Syrup*

Peel and dice the peach and muddle in the bottom of a metal shaker cup. Add ice and remaining ingredients and shake well to crush and blend the peach. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. (For less peach pulp, strain through a mesh strainer into chilled cocktail glass.) Garnish with rosemary. Enjoy!

 

*Rosemary Syrup

3/4 cup Water

1/2 cup Sugar

1 three inch Rosemary Sprig

Bring all ingredients to a full boil, remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Remove rosemary, store in refrigerator.

1 1/2 ounces Dripping Springs Vodka
1 ounce Abita Amber Beer

5 ounces Tomato Juice

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire

2 dashes Tabasco

1/4 Lemon

1 teaspoon Gary K's Cajun Spice Mix*

Squeeze 1/4 lemon into metal shaker cup, no ice. Add all other ingredients. Shake for 30 seconds to mix spices. Pour into an 18 ounce stemmed glass filled with ice. Garnish with a green onion and jumbo shrimp.

2 tablespoons Sea Salt

1 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper

1 tablespoon Ground White Pepper

1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika

1 tablespoon Thyme

1 tablespoon Ground Cumin

1 tablespoon Ground Coriander

1 tablespoon Chili Powder

1 tablespoon Sweet Basil

1 tablespoon Dry Mustard

1 tablespoon Celery Seed

Mix together and store in a mason jar. Makes 36 Bloody Maries.
