By definition, 80 proof vodka contains 40% alcohol by volume. The remaining 60% is water. As such, a Vodka´s quality and taste is dependent on the quality and taste of the water added. We use only the finest spring water available — pure, mineral rich Hill Country Artesian Spring Water. Soft and flavorful, the water rounds out the vodka, enhancing the flavor and feel.
