Area Manager – North Texas

The Area Manager will be responsible for achieving volume sales goals, managing the development of Dripping Springs Distilling brands in both the on and off premise channels, and representing Dripping Springs Distilling at various events. Area Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Texas Sales.


  • Responsible for managing distributor and sales teams
  • Goal oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals
  • Execute against company priorities, projects, and tasks
  • Consistently work with distributor sales personnel that will add value and provide product training/education
  • Conduct distributor sales meetings that communicate company priorities, brand training, and sales training techniques
  • Develop on/off premise buyer relationships
  • Manage assigned T&E Budget
  • Understand state compliance laws


  • A four-year college degree and/or commensurate experience
  • Sales Experience preferably in the alcoholic beverage industry
  • Ability and willingness to work nontraditional hours (nights/weekends)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Good oral and written communication skills


  • Valid driver’s license
  • No DWI offenses or illegal drug use
  • Residency in Dallas area
  • Time management skills
  • Willingness to travel (10%)
