This summer is all about being surrounded by good company and good cocktails. From the opening of our brand new tasting room and event venue to refreshing cocktails perfect for those long summer days, it’s clear it’s going to be a Sippin’ Drippin’ Summer.
Visitor Center Opens July 22!
After over a year of construction and anticipation, we mean it when we say, the wait is almost over. Our brand new tasting room and event space opens its doors to welcome back all of our small batch backers on July 22nd. The tasting room will offer handcrafted cocktails and a tasting of our select spirits.

Dripping Springs Artisan Gin
Our Dripping Springs Artisan Gin and Traditional Gin begin with a hand-selected, nine botanical blend that consists of different ratios of juniper, florals, spices, and hand-zested citrus. We steep our gin in the botanical blend for four days before running it through our small, copper pot stills a second time. Our distillers then pull the purest form of the gin from the heart of that 40-gallon batch and finish it with our signature mineral-rich, Hill Country spring water.
Paula’s Liqueur
Our Paula’s Orange, Lemon, and Grapefruit Liqueurs are infused with real citrus that our distillers take off the fruit by hand. They are made from an all corn-spirit, sweetened with pure cane sugar, and finished with Texas Hill Country rainwater. Each flavor is all-natural and gluten-free. Add 1/2 oz of your favorite of these three citrus flavors to champagne or add 1 oz to your favorite pilsner or blonde ale for a Texas twist on a summer shandy.

Kristi is an Austin, Texas native. She loves being in nature and is her happiest in the mountains or in the water. She also has a passion for fitness and nutrition so when she’s not outside, you can usually find her in the kitchen. Otherwise, she’s chillin’ with her two kids or staying up late binging on the latest Netflix series.
Annie Fritz
Distillers Hall and Visitor Center Events Coordinator
Favorite cocktail: Mexican Martini
Annie Fritz is a Texas State University graduate who has previously worked in the beer and hospitality industry. She enjoys going to concerts and grabbing drinks with friends, as well as shopping for vinyl records. Annie is very excited to be working for DSD, and she can’t wait to make events come to life!
Holley Stillman

Holley Stillman is a country girl from Michigan. She has a great passion for people and loves making people laugh. She has been in the hospitality industry for 15 years. She is excited to open up Distillers Hall.
1876 Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey
DISTILLERS SELECT CASK STRENGTH
This limited, distiller-selected, cask strength bourbon will be available in 375mL bottles this August. They will only be available for purchase at the bottle shop in Visitor Center at Dripping Springs Distilling.

Spicy Pineapple Sparkler
Yummy pineapple and a hint of jalapeño make this the perfect sunny day delight!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Dripping Springs Vodka
- 2 oz Republic Spirit Blends Pineapple Jalapeño Mixer
- 2 oz Sparkling Water
- Pineapple Wedge Garnish
Chilton
Enjoy poolside for a lighter and refreshing summer treat!
Make:
Rim a pint glass with kosher salt. Add ice and add vodka, lemon juice, and sparkling water.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Dripping Springs Vodka
- 2 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 oz Sparkling Water
- Salt Rim
Zesty Palmer
This #imallnatural cocktail is super refreshing on these super-hot days. The hint of orange zest and fresh lime makes this the perfect, light twist on an iced tea.
Make:
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin full of ice. Shake well until stevia is dissolved. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Dripping Springs Orange Vodka
- 2 oz Unsweet Black Tea
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 packet/1tsp stevia sweetener
Bell Springs Bramble
Named for the street outside our distillery, this twist on a classic gin cocktail is floral, fruity, and the perfect summer sunset companion.
Make:
- Add berries to the bottom of a rocks glass and muddle.
- Pack crushed ice on top of the berries up to about ¼ inch from the top of the glass.
- Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Fill to top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a raspberry, blackberry, and lemon wedge and enjoy responsibly.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Dripping Springs Artisan Gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp simple syrup
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Handful of mixed berries (sliced strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
Suckleberry ‘Sicle Sipper
This slightly sweet, herbal, and incredibly floral cocktail is the perfect pairing with your outdoor summer BBQ!
Make:
- . Fill a mason jar half way with crushed ice.
- Add tequila, Martine, and strawberry lemonade
- Stir drink for 30 seconds with the strawberry popsicle and sip responsibly
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Republic Tequila Plata
- ½ oz Martine Honeysuckle Liqueur
- 3 oz Strawberry Lemonade
- Real Fruit Strawberry Popsicle
