It’s Fall Y’all
The leaves on the trees are turning to hues of red, yellow, and orange and a crisp breeze is in the air… it is officially fall!
Let’s celebrate the change of season with a glass full of flavor and cheers to all of the sippin’ drippin’ good times this holiday season has to bring.

There’s nothing quite like a fine, fall day spent out in the Texas Hill Country sipping on refreshing cocktails. We waited a year-and-a-half to welcome our Small Batch Backers back to the distillery and now our gates are open with so many new exciting cocktails, food, and activities to enjoy.
VISITOR CENTER
On August 26th we hosted the grand opening of our brand new tasting room, the Visitor Center! Visitor Center features craft cocktails, a wine bar, a southern bites kitchen, tours, tastings, Sunday Brunch, and more.
You’re invited to take a full distillery tour and visit our bottle shop for bottles and merchandise while you’re out for a visit. Visitor Center is open weekly on the following days and times:
Thursday 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday – Sunday 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Shrimp Boil Saturdays
Hill Country Brunch Sundays
For special events and specialty extended hours, please visit our events calendar.
Distillers Hall
Adjacent to Visitor Center is our wedding and special events venue, Distillers Hall. If you’d like to tour our facility or book your special event, you can do so now at distillershall.com

Our new wedding and special events venue blends the best of upscale, contemporary Hill Country style with the artisanal craftsmanship that has made our brand a Texas favorite for 15 years.

Raise a Glass for our Sister Spirits!
Republic Tequila
Like the state it’s named after, Republic Tequila is crafted with passion and determination. Since it was founded by living legend and Texas cowboy Tom Nall in 2005, Republic Tequila has proven to be a versatile spirit packed full of flavors that are fit for any season. Try our Republic Plata or Resposado in your favorite fall cocktail or pour a glass of our Republic Añejo or Extra Anejo expressions for some smooth, cool weather sipping.

Martine Honeysuckle Liqueur
Who said fall has to be all about pumpkin? Martine is the only honeysuckle liqueur on the market and it is the perfect pairing for many holiday recipes. Pair it with a cup of hot, apple cider or add it to your hot chocolate for a twist on some fall favorites. You can also add an ounce to your favorite holiday cake recipe batter or add a splash to your champagne for an extra special New Years cheers!

Jason Davies
Production Manager, Dripping Springs Distilling
Favorite cocktail: Electric Lady
Jason was born and raised in the flatland oil country of Odessa, Texas. He studied history at Texas A&M University in College Station, before heading back to Odessa where he met his amazing wife and 2 step sons. They moved to New Braunfels in 2015 to enjoy floating the river and spending time in San Antonio and Austin.
Working many years behind the bar, and developing an appreciation for spirits and the history behind them, Jason sought a job as a night distiller at Dripping Springs Distilling. “I have been blessed to become the Production Manager in a few short years, and love creating world class spirits with a great group of bottlers & distillers. My favorite product is the Dripping Springs Artisan Gin, which goes into my favorite cocktail, The Electric Lady. Yes, it is pink, and it is delicious! Everyone should come out to Visitor Center to give it a try.”

Todd Shelton
Production Superintendent, Texacello
Favorite cocktail: Free (especially if it is a Dripping Springs Traditional Gin Dry Martini)
Todd has been with Dripping Springs Distilling for 7 years. “I pursued the job as a result of my wanting to further explore my home brewing hobby…and per my wife’s suggestion.”
Todd loves playing music with his 13-year-old son, camping with his 11-year-old daughter and spending any time he can with his 29-year-old sister.
