Apple Cider Margarita

Who says margaritas are only for the summertime?! You can sip and savor this flavorful cocktail for all of fall!
Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Reposado Republic Tequila
  • ½ oz Paula’s Texas Orange Liqueur
  • 1 oz Apple Cider
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt
  • Cinnamon Stick and Star Anise for Garnish

Make it:

  • Add tequila, orange liqueur, cider, lime juice, and a pinch each of the ground cinnamon and the ground ginger to a shaker tin full of ice.
  • Shake really well for 3-60 seconds or until frothy.
  • Fine strain into a rocks glass full of fresh ice
  • Garnish with the Cinnamon Stick and 1 Star Anise and sip responsibly!

Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour

A whiskey sour infused with the flavors of the season is a combination that has us telling everyone “It’s fall y’all”.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz 1876 Straight Texas Bourbon
  • ½ oz Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Pinch of Cinnamon

Make it:

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake vigorously without ice for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again.
  • Fine strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel and another pinch of cinnamon and enjoy responsibly.

1.5 oz Dripping Springs Vodka

1 oz Republic Spirit Blends Classic Lime Mixer

3 oz Sparkling Lime Flavored Water

Salt Rim

Lime Wedge Garnish

Glass: Collins

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin full of ice. Shake. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

1 oz Republic Spirit Blends Grapefruit Lime Mixer

3 oz Unsweetened Black Iced Tea

Grapefruit Wedge Garnish & Mint Sprig Garnish

Glass: Rocks

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin full of ice. Shake. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a grapefruit wedge and sprig of mind.

Bell Springs Bramble

Named for the street outside our distillery, this twist on a classic gin cocktail is floral, fruity, and the perfect summer sunset companion.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Dripping Springs Artisan Gin
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp simple syrup
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • Handful of mixed berries (sliced strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

Instructions:

  1. Add berries to the bottom of a rocks glass and muddle.
  2. Pack crushed ice on top of the berries up to about ¼ inch from the top of the glass.
  3. Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  4. Fill to top with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a raspberry, blackberry, and lemon wedge and enjoy responsibly.

Spicy Pineapple Sparkler

1.5 oz Dripping Springs Vodka

2 oz Republic Spirit Blends Pineapple Jalapeño Mixer

2 oz Sparkling Water

Pineapple Wedge Garnish

Instructions:

Pour all ingredients into a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

1st Day of Spring Cocktail

SPRING THYME SPARKLER

Ingredients              

1.5 oz Dripping Springs Artisan Gin

1/2 oz Martine Honeysuckle Liqueur

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

4-6 Raspberries

2 sprigs of thyme

2 oz Prosecco

Instructions

De-stem 1 thyme sprig and add the leaves to the bottom of a dry shaker. Add 4 raspberries and lemon juice and muddle well to express the thyme oil. Add ice, gin, and honeysuckle liqueur and stir well. Fine strain mixture into a chilled coupe or champagne glass and top off with prosecco. Garnish with the remaining thyme sprig and raspberries.

Ingredients              

1/2 oz Dripping Springs Vodka

1/2 oz Baileys Almande Liqueur

1/4 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup

3/4 oz Oat Milk

Whipped Cream

Lucky Charms topper

Instructions

Fill a shaker tin with ice and add vodka, Baileys Almande liqueur, vanilla syrup, and oat milk. Shake well. Strain mixture into shot glasses, about 3/4 full. Top with whip cream and 2-3 lucky charm marshmallows. Shoot responsibly!
