Lemondrop

  • 1.5 oz Dripping Springs Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Paula’s Texas Lemon Liqueur

Shake ingredients together with ice and strain into glass.

Hill Country Mule

  • 1.5 oz Dripping Springs Vodka
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer
  • Squeeze of Lime

Stir ingredients together over ice, garnish with a lime wheel.

Classic Martini

  • 3 oz Dripping Springs Vodka
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Vermouth

Shake the vodka and vermouth in a shaker and pour into a chilled martini glass

Garnish with green olives

The Indian Paintbrush

  • 1.5 oz Dripping Springs Vodka
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz fresh lime juice
  • .5 oz rosemary syrup
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Pour all ingredients into shaker

Shake over ice

Double fine strain into coupe glass

Espresso Martini

  • 2 oz Dripping Springs Orange Vodka
  • .5 oz Coffee Liqueur 
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Espresso

Shake ingredients together with ice, strain into glass.

Top with whipped cream.

Texas Mary

  • 1.5 oz Dripping Springs Vodka
  • 3 oz Bloody Mary Mix
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 oz Shiner Bock beer

Shake over ice and strain into rocks glass over fresh ice

Garnish with pickled vegetables and a chili rim

Zesty Cosmopolitan

  • 1.5 oz Dripping Springs Orange Vodka
  • 1 oz Cranberry Juice
  • .5 oz Paula’s Texas Orange Liqueur
  • Squeeze of Lime

Shake ingredients together with ice, strain into glass.

Jalapeno Hill Country Mule

  • 1.5 oz Dripping Springs Texas Orange
  • 4.5 oz Ginger Beer
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lime
  • Slice of Jalapeno Shake

Orange Vodka, lime and jalapeno vigorously over ice, top with ginger beer, stir, and garnish with a lime twist.

Tom Collins

  • 3 oz Dripping Springs Gin
  • 2 oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • Club Soda
  • Lemon Slice

Shake gin, lemon juice and simple syrup over ice and strain. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon slice.

Negroni

  • 1 oz Dripping Springs Traditional Gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

Stir ingredients together with ice.

Infused Gin: add six Earl Grey tea bags to 6 oz gin, allow to steep 20 minutes, remove tea bags.
