- 1.5 oz artisan gin
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 5-6 fresh blackberries
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz club soda
1. In a shaker tin, add blackberries and simple syrup and muddle.
2. Add ice, gin, and lemon juice and shake well.
3. Strain contents of mix into an empty rocks glass and pack ice into the top nice and tight.
4. Fill to the top with club soda and garnish with a blackberry and lemon wedge
