- 1 ½ oz Dripping Spring Gin
- ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- Sparkling Wine or Champagne
Shake gin, lemon juice and simple syrup together with ice.
Strain and top with champagne.
