Ingredients

• • 2 oz Dripping Springs Vodka
  • 1/4 oz chartreuse
  • 1/4 oz crème de menthe
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 egg white mint sprig garnish

Instructions

1. In a shaker tin, add lime juice and egg white and dry shake (no ice) until egg white forms foam peaks.
2. Add ice and the remaining ingredients into the shaker tin and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
