- 2 oz Dripping Springs Traditional Gin
- 1 oz drillaud pear liqueur
- 2 slices green apple
- 2 slices bosc pear
- 1 oz lemon juice
- rosemary sprig
1. Add apple and pear slices to the bottom of a shaker tin and muddle.
2. Add ice, gin, pear liqueur, and lemon juice and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
