- 1.5 oz Dripping Springs Traditional Gin
- 1 oz meyer lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 oz campari
- 2 rosemary sprigs
1. Strip rosemary leaves off 1 of the sprigs and muddle in the bottom of a shaker tin.
2. Add lemon juice and egg white and dry shake (no ice) until egg white forms white foam peaks.
3. Add ice, gin, campari, simple syrup and shake well.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with the other rosemary sprig.
